Jeff Llewellyn, CA, TEP, was the president and managing director of MNP Corporate Finance Inc. With more than 25 years of experience, Jeff assisted mid-market private companies with financial transactions, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures in a tax-effective manner. He was a regular contributor to PROFIT for three years until his sudden passing in February 2012 at the age of 52.
