Interesting that while “Coaching by External Practitioners” is recognized as providing ROI, only 19% of firms use it. A similar pattern emerges in many other line items. hopefully entrepreneurs will see the inherent advantages of professional development and begin investing in the long term health of their enterprises. It’s all about developing “PWKWTAD’s” (People Who Know What They Are Doing.)
