Chair yoga isn’t just for blissed-out seniors. A brief daily sessions can calm the harried cubicle-dweller, too. Here are a few moves you can pull off without breaking out a mat and trackpants that will leave you feeling less stressed.

Step 1: Sit tall, raise your arms above your head, exhale and reverse.
Step 2: Inhale, straighten your back, exhale and bend forward from the hips. (Goal: Hands on the floor).
Step 3: Twist your torso left, and put your right hand on your left outer knee. Switch and repeat.
Step 4: Ignore puzzled looks, secure in the knowledge that your prana has been restored
