Can you think of something you might have done differently, or a decision you would change, that would have made it easier to get your business to this point?

I would not have hesitated to go out and find good people to work with. As a small or mid-sized business owner, it's often difficult to delegate. But our company has flourished with the help and dedication of tremendous employees.

What do you think is the biggest problem facing your business right now?

With a fast growing business, you're always confronted by "go" or "no-go" decisions about making investments in people and processes to streamline our operation. That will always be a challenge, but it's a challenge that brings with it great excitement.

Do you think the rewards of being an entrepreneur outweigh the investment you make in time and effort to run your own business? What are those rewards for you?

There is no doubt in my mind that the rewards far outweigh the investment in time and effort. It has always been a goal of mine to be a job creator and entrepreneur. The commitment is substantial, but the rewards are plentiful. From the satisfaction of securing that new account to supporting others in accomplishing their career or corporate goals, and even just the feeling of independence, the rewards of running your own business are extremely fulfilling.
